A new project with real purpose

I’ve recently started work on a new project with the Royal Navy, through Digi2al as the supplier. It’s still early days, but I feel fortunate to be part of a wider team contributing to something with real potential to make a difference.

Who I’m working with

I’ve joined Navy Digital – DNA (Data & Navy Applications), the Royal Navy’s in-house digital team. DNA is focused on building the platforms, data and applications that help make the Navy more efficient, effective and ready for the challenges ahead.

Building on past experience

This isn’t my first time working with Digi2al or supporting the Ministry of Defence. I’ve previously been involved in another MOD project, and I’m excited to bring that experience into this new role.

A genuinely collaborative culture

What’s stood out to me already is the strong one-team culture at DNA. Contractors, military personnel, civil servants, and suppliers all work together with a shared sense of purpose. It’s a respectful, collaborative environment where different skills and perspectives are genuinely valued — and I’m glad to be part of it.

Looking ahead

Of course, much of the work is sensitive, so I won’t be sharing specific details. But I’m hopeful that my contribution, alongside many others, will help support meaningful, lasting change — and that this project will be rewarding both professionally and personally.
